Training Fees: 

Client agrees to pay Trainer a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $30 for one Enrichment Lab Class.

 

Services:

Trainer agrees to provide one class to the Client , the goal being to teach Client how to make an Enrichment item. These lessons will take place at Balanced Paws. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve this goals but makes no guarantee the Enrichment Item will work for Client's dog(s).  Client will make every effort to use the Enrichment Item as directed.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If Client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, or is not present at time of scheduled appointment, the class is forfeited by the client.

 

Liability:

Balanced Paws and Pawsitive Dog Training LLC are not responsible for any injuries that may occur on the premises before, during, or after class. Balanced Paws and Pawsitive Dog Training LLC are not responsible for any illness Client may contract before, during, or after class. Balanced Paws and Pawsitive Dog Training LLC are not responsible for any damages as a result of Client, including, but not limited to, personal property, illness, and any injuries

 

This Agreement is binding upon Client, spouse of Client, and children of Client. This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, warranties, and agreements of the parties, and expresses the entire agreement between Client and Trainer regarding the matters described above. The parties confirm that, except for that which is specifically written in this Agreement, no promises, representations or oral understandings have been made with regard to Client or anything else.  This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both Client and Trainer.
